    When And Why I Stopped Using The Muscle Relaxer Tizanidine

           As you know by now at the three-week mark I decided to stop using tizanidine. I decided to do this cold turkey which was a complete disaster and a big mistake which is why I feel strongly like I should’ve tapered myself off of it.
