Limiting physical and mental activity before going to bed and ensuring optimal sleeping conditions in the bedroom can also assist. The bedroom should be dark and quiet. A TV and other stimulating electronic devices in the bedroom can be detrimental to sleep quality.

    Bruxism Impacts Women And Men Differently

    Dr Mehta says that bruxism affects men and women relatively equally but that the effects may vary.
