Stomach Pain Due To Allergy Season

Ugh!

Ive found that my stomach pain along with my nasal congestion and;post-nasal drip;comes based on the weather.

I dont always experience the typical allergic symptoms as described earlier such as sneezing, etc.

Thats why when I had stomach pain, I never made a correlation with having a seasonal allergy.

If its;spring, I suffer because of the pollen from the beautiful flowers; I love to garden so I suffer big time if I dont take my antihistamines. My symptoms are normally sneezing, hay fever, and stomach pain especially if I dont take my medicine.

In the;summer, I suffer because of the trees and grass.; Same symptoms.

In the;fall, I also suffer because of the;mold;on the leaves and else where. Yes, mold on the leaves especially on rainy days. I found my mucus production is through the roof and I am plagued with constant nasal congestion and constantly blowing and clearing my nose with my wonderful neti potbest thing since sliced bread!

In the;winter, I have so much relief!! Hardly no nasal congestion due to the enviroment , only if I eat something that Im allergic to, like almonds. ;

Can Seasonal Allergies Cause Stomach Upset

My wife often starts a few young seedlings of spinach, lettuce, and tomatoes in a sunny window before they go outside for the spring.

    Cerebral allergy is a term that describes when mast cells are supposedly releasing their chemicals in the brain — and nowhere else in the body — causing trouble concentrating and headaches. Most doctors don’t recognize cerebral allergy as a disorder.

    Even when their surroundings are very clean, some people have many general complaints like problems concentrating, fatigue, or depression. Environmental illness may be the result of small amounts of allergens or toxins, but not food allergies.

    Researchers have found that hyperactivity in children may be related to food additives, but only occasionally and only when the child has had a lot of them. A food allergy won’t directly affect a child’s behavior, although their symptoms might make them cranky and difficult, and allergy medications can make them sleepy.

    It is important that elimination diets are temporary, so they should only be undertaken for a short term trial period, under strict medical supervision, as a diagnostic tool. Prolonged restricted diets can lead to problems with adequate nutrition, particularly in children.

    It is important to note that low salicylate and low amine diets should not be used for investigation of food intolerance until other potential causes for reactions are explored. ;
